What to expect with Everwillow
Everwillow is your go to coaching space for the seasons that don’t come with a map. Here, you’re heard without having to explain yourself and supported without being fixed. Sessions make room for the hard parts and look toward what’s next, one honest step at a time, at a pace you set.
Coaching works alongside your healthcare team, not in place of it. Your providers guide treatment. Coaching helps you carry it: sorting through options, making decisions you can stand behind, and finding your footing in everyday life again.
Meet your coach
Hi, I’m Stephanie. I know this in-between, and I know what it’s like to long for someone who simply sees you.
For years I worked closely with people facing hard diagnoses and overwhelming decisions, the ones who needed someone to slow down and listen when everything around them moved too fast. I’ve also lived my own long season of waiting and uncertainty. Everwillow is the space I wished I’d had then.
That background shapes how I coach. When your season comes wrapped in clinical language, like fertility protocols, a new diagnosis, postpartum recovery, or the medications that come with them, you won’t have to explain the vocabulary of your care journey to me. I’m not your pharmacist or medical advisor, and I won’t advise on treatment or medications, but I understand the language you’re living in.
I’m an IVF mom, and licensed pharmacist by training. I’ve completed NBHWC-approved health & wellness coach training and ICF-accredited coach training, and I’m currently pursuing my ICF ACC credential.
Stephanie Galt is a licensed pharmacist and the founder of Everwillow LLC. Everwillow provides one-on-one coaching. It is not therapy, medical care, or pharmacy services, and Stephanie does not act as anyone’s pharmacist or healthcare provider through Everwillow. Coaching is not a substitute for care from your own licensed providers. Stephanie has completed NBHWC-approved health and wellness coach training and ICF-accredited coach training and is pursuing the ICF ACC credential and NBHWC board certification.

A free 30-minute conversation
We begin with a free conversation, just to see if we’re the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.

We design your coaching plan together
Most clients work with me for an initial 3-6 months - typically a weekly or bi-weekly 50-60 minute virtual session. We’ll talk about what cadence and structure would actually serve you, including options for various coaching offerings while I am pursuing ICF ACC certification.

From there, we work together through a coaching journey designed to meet you where you are. It’s gentle, forward-looking, and always led by you.
