Please read this Disclaimer before using www.everwillowcare.com (the “Site”), subscribing to Everwillow’s newsletter, booking a discovery call, or becoming a client of Everwillow LLC (“Everwillow,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you acknowledge this Disclaimer. It applies together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Coaching, not healthcare. Everwillow provides one-on-one coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, pharmacy services, nursing, midwifery, nutrition or dietetic care, lactation consulting, or any other healthcare or mental health service. Everwillow does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition, and coaching does not replace the care of your healthcare team. Coaching works alongside your providers, not in place of them.
2. Founder’s pharmacist license. Everwillow’s founder and coach, Stephanie Galt, is a licensed pharmacist. She refers to that background only to describe her experience. She is not acting as your pharmacist or healthcare provider through Everwillow, and Everwillow does not provide pharmacy services. Her license is not used to provide any service to you. She does not dispense, review, recommend, adjust, or interpret medications, supplements, dosages, fertility or pregnancy treatments, or test results, and she cannot answer questions about them. Those questions belong with your prescriber and your own pharmacy team. No pharmacist-patient or other provider relationship is created by visiting the Site, subscribing, booking a call, or becoming a client.
3. Credentials and training. Stephanie has completed health and wellness coach training approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) and coach training accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is pursuing, and has not yet been awarded, the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential or NBHWC board certification. Everwillow will update this statement when that changes.
4. Information only. The Site, our newsletter, social media posts, and any materials we provide are for general information and personal reflection. They are not professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, pharmaceutical, legal, financial, or otherwise) and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Do not delay, change, or stop any treatment or medication because of anything you read or hear from Everwillow.
5. Please seek qualified care. For any medical, mental health, legal, or financial concern, consult a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. If you are outside the United States, visit findahelpline.com to find a free crisis line in your country. Everwillow is not a crisis service and does not monitor messages around the clock.
6. No guaranteed results. Everwillow does not promise any specific outcome from coaching, including any outcome related to fertility, conception, pregnancy, birth, health, emotional well-being, career, or relationships. Coaching experiences and outcomes vary from person to person.
7. Personal stories and testimonials. Stephanie shares parts of her own story to explain her approach. Her experience is personal and is not advice. Any client story or testimonial we share is published only with written permission, reflects that person’s own experience, and is not a promise that you will have the same experience. We disclose any material connection between Everwillow and a person who speaks about our services.
8. Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on anything you read or receive from Everwillow. You use the Site and take part in coaching at your own discretion and risk.
9. Third-party services and links. The Site and our materials may link to or embed services we do not control, such as Calendly, Zoom, Substack, Instagram, and Linktree. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Opinions shared by other people on those services are theirs alone.
10. Accuracy and updates. We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Prices, offerings, and policies may change. The terms in your signed Coaching Services Agreement control for the services you purchase.
11. Where we operate. Everwillow is based in Massachusetts and provides its services virtually from the United States. If you access the Site or services from another location, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
